An Ocha classic has been revived! The insane duo of Black Motion gifted the world 'African Salsa' back in 2014 as Ocha's 32nd release. The Ocha fam of artists have created a bunch of remix gems of this classic tune. 2022 is the year for reviving some of these remixes. We are kicking off the remix series with a remix master package from D'oké! If you are unfamiliar with D'oké as a name its probably because he has created so many underground remix projects that your shazam has simply uninstalled it self from your phone. The man has re-worked, re-mixed, re-blessed so many beautiful songs through the years and African Salsa is no different.

This two song remix package includes the 'African mix' which flows out the speakers with uplifting melody and has you bouncing to the vocal world play. The 'Gipsy mix', feels a bit more serious in the conversation. Minimal and spacious, it lets the groove run the show, properly dub'd vocals and the the rest is in the bag.

Love this album from beginning to end. It's like one of those albums you listen to the first time and then run it back and then you really start to get the genius of it all. So many fire tracks on this one. This by far is one of my favorite dance albums of 2022. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets nominated or win for a future award but we all know the underground work doesn't always get noticed. I hope my review here helps to get this one recognized.
